| Seattle University has an exciting dynamic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our community This position will manage software implementation projects achieving onquality ontime and onbudget results Initial assignments include management of cloudbased Learning Management System (LMS) and CRM implementations Essential Job Functions Recruit select orient and train project staff Manage performance appraisal salary and promotion administration Plan and document project objectives tasks timelines budgets and work assignments Obtain buyin from project sponsors Assign tasks measure task accomplishments document and manage issue resolution Report project progress to project sponsors and stakeholders Identify blocking issues that would interfere with quality cost and schedule and recommend options to manage impact Translate selected options into operating plans to resolve issues Manage communication with stakeholders and users to build buyin for project Manage and overcome user resistance to change Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree and five years of successful software implementation project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above Project management of cloudbasedSAAS applications is required All candidates must show a demonstrated commitment to diversity and the universitys mission vision and values This position requires a criminal history background check Preferred Qualifications A degree in information management or computer science is a plus Implementation of Learning Management CRM ERP and Canvas LMS is highly desirable Experience working in information technology in a higher education environment is preferred Familiarity with Jesuit Catholic education is preferred Apply Here httpwwwClick2Applynetfrk62yb |
