| At Paciria Pharmaceuticals controlling postsurgical pain is the key to improving patient outcomes Our indepth knowledge of the needs of the postsurgical pain market coupled with our passion for delivering improved patient care drives our commitment to providing solutions that address unmet medical needs and improve clinical results The corporate headquarters located in San Diego CA is actively recruiting for IT Project Manager This new addition to our IT team will manage and oversee IT projects and act as the primary liaison between all teams assigned to the project You will be managing a number of projects simultaneously and creating the budget project plan work breakdown structure business requirements documents functional technical specifications test plans deployment plans and schedules You will run the regular project status meetings prioritize tasks ensure project status metrics and performance indicators are accurate and communicated effectively You manage the relationship with project stake holders cross functional departments external agencies and outside vendors You will coordinate the transition of completed projects to operations Requirements BS degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Business Management A PMP certification would be a plus with an MBA or MS in Information Technology preferred Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Project Management and 7 yearrsquos experience in information systems and preferably a minimum of two yearsrsquo experience in manufacturing environment Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain and can be complex and ambiguous Strong leadership skills a must So come join the team at Pacira Pharmaceuticals where we have excellent compensation and benefit packages and we respect individual differences embrace diversity throughout the organization and value the unique strengths of each employee |
