| At Paciria Pharmaceuticals controlling postsurgical pain is the key to improving patient outcomes Our indepth knowledge of the needs of the postsurgical pain market coupled with our passion for delivering improved patient care drives our commitment to providing solutions that address unmet medical needs and improve clinical results The corporate headquarters located in San Diego CA is actively recruiting for Support Technician This new addition to our IT team will provide desktop technical support to our company employees as well as conduct installations of computers software and other peripheral hardware devices In this role you will resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner and install Windows OS and other applications You will provide support for phone issues as well You will be required to create documentation including Knowledge base articles and Technical Alerts You must be willing to be oncall and to assist with emergencies or scheduled system maintenance after hours as required Requirements High school diploma with 2 ndash 3 years minimum experience with installation support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Operating System (2000 XP and 7) and basic understanding of IP NetworksDNS Experience with basic user account administration in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange You must have strong software skills primarily with MS Office and Adobe applications So come join the team at Pacira Pharmaceuticals where we have excellent compensation and benefit packages and we respect individual differences embrace diversity throughout the organization and value the unique strengths of each employee |
