| American Career College (ACC) has been helping people succeed for over 30 years We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst ndash CRMDeveloper at our Administrative Services Office This is an outstanding opportunity for a service oriented individual to help our associates further their career JOB SUMMARY In a multifaceted multilocation academic setting the Senior Business AnalystCRMDeveloper is responsible for analyzing developing maintaining and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) environment to meet the diverse business needs for American Career College West Coast University and Shared Services Serves across the full project lifecycle for multiple projects from analyzing reporting requirements to architecting designing developing testing deploying and supporting users on solutions that meet those requirements Applies proven communication analytical technical and problem solving skills to help ensure project deliverables are met according to specifications Interviews users to gather and compile user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle testing and training Creates the functional or technical requirements along with user interface requirements as needed to support the business requirements Applies proven communication analytical technical and problem solving skills to help support the development process and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field required Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field preferred Current Driverrsquos License Microsoft certification preferred Three plus years previous experience designing architecting developing implementing supporting and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM including Plugins Workflow APISDK Five plus years previous handson leadership in design architecture implementation and deployment of Microsoft technology platforms Previous experience working with users developing business requirements Previous experience with both the 40 and 2011 CRM application Previous experience developing SQL Reporting Services Reports Working knowledge of other Microsoft technologies including SQL Server AJAX JavaScript Working knowledge of CRM integration platforms including Scribe and Web Services Full time associates are eligible for an exceptional benefits package which includes Health dental and vision plan Vacation sick and holiday schedule Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) Plan with employer match Flexible Spending Account Longshort term disability and more To learn more about American Career College and to apply for this exciting opportunity please visit our website wwwamericancareeredu American Career College is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnicallydiverse population |
