| Designs develops and implements software packages for web sites Consults with clients and other project team members to design build and manage web sites Troubleshoots debugs and implements software code Quality assuring all work Communicating effectively with team managers Manage and mentor less experienced developers Working within a team environment following and maintaining the specifications guidelines and standards set by the department Accurately estimating time on projects May act as Technical Lead for specific projects 57 years experience in a digital designproduction or other clientservices environment 5+ years experience developing applications using Net framework 5+ years using the following ASPNET C Visual StudioNet Visual SourceSafe ADO COM Objects HTML Java Script Experience with Ntier application design development and support Expert knowledge of ObjectOriented design development Experience with other webbased technologies applications including SQL Java JSP PHP Experience is utilizing application development methodologies Experience in gathering user requirements Experience in full lifecycle application development Working knowledge of relational databases and stored procedures Act as lead architect for the design development implementation and maintenance of various web sites Develop key functionality using new technologies for client projects using extensive tool customization and bottomup development to achieve ontime within budget project delivery Work with the clients to provide estimates on new workfeatures obtain requirements and analyze the impacts to the applications troubleshoot and ensure the successful resolution of production issues Comfortable with Agile exploratory approaches utilizing emerging technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Proven track record of leading teams delivering complex digital solutions Comfortable in fast paced agency environments Strong attention to detail Needs to know what is involved with making applications mobile marketing Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science or equivalent |
