| InShape Health Clubs one of Californias leading health club chains is looking for a Data AnalystProject Leader with strong communication skills can work independently is highly organized and can work in a fast paced environment to join our company A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) health club software system CSI Spectrum NG is utilized as a POS member management banking billing and accounts receivable system for the membership data base Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to maximize the CRM program use and preparing to upgrade and map the existing system to a new version Managing data in a cloud based environment may be included in future CRM program upgrades Other requirements include a Rewriting SQL reports requiring updates due to table changes in system conversion b Preparing training materials for the staff c Continually identifying areas modules to maximize for use in the CRM system d Streamlining updating and automating reporting e Delivering reports to report recipients and or an internal company internet SharePoint f Reviewing outside CRM data bases from potential acquisitions for reporting and or conversion to ISHC g Performing the monthly billing tasks and reporting h Writing reports from external programs such as a call center phone system Some of the reports will require the use of SQL programming advanced excel skills for analytical computations and the need to write queries This position includes and is not limited to preparation of new and existing reports ability to manage multiple assignments and establish correct priorities Employee must possess strong analytical critical thinking sound judgment and decision making skills supported by clarity of written and verbal communication Job responsibilities include handling confidential and proprietary information with discretion The ideal candidate will possess the ability to determine the impact of data variances while drawing valid conclusions based on applying sound logic and analysis Requirements include the employee be familiar with a variety of the companys concepts practices and procedures Success relies on business experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals JOB REQUIREMENTS 1 1 to 2 years experience with SQL data base program writing 2 Experience writing reports in excel 3 Experience with a CRM system and or knowledge of CSI Spectrum NG 45 and or 50 would be helpful 4 Accounting experience preferred but not required 5 Experience in a health club or hospitality industry preferred but not required SKILLS 1 Detail oriented 2 Advanced skill level with MS Excel 3 SQL programming 4 Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills 5 Outstanding organization skills ability to multitask 6 Adapts willingly and quickly to changing priorities responsibilities needs and expectations 7 Demonstrate professionalism cooperation and ability to work well with others |
