| Manage network operations to include troubleshooting connectivity problems installing and maintaining routers addingremoving users assigning rights and access permissions resetting passwords establishing email addresses managing group email addresses assessing and reporting operational status performing backups and restores maintain IP addresses etc Create and maintain LANWAN maintenance logs Prepare maintain and test a disaster recovery plan Monitor and maintain security Managemaintaintroubleshoot applications and operating systems including but not limited to Windows and Apple OSX iOS Knowledge of Linux and Apache helpful Ensure technology documentscertificates such as product registrations SSL certificates maintenance agreements service contracts etc related to technology operations andor technology services are evaluated updated and processed Perform routine preventative maintenance on hardware and software Ensure compliance with all software licensing agreements Manage and safeguard software media and associated licenses Track software versions Maintain centralized software use log Troubleshoot workstations software applications phones SmartBoards and other technologies Maintain networks servers and routers Maintain technology inventory to include procurement and disposal Maintain and troubleshoot telephone network system in cooperation with host company Ensure networks workstations operating systems and software applications are operational ensure hardware and software is patched andor updated ensure all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications |
