| F4 Tech currently has one opening for a Software Manager Lead Developer in their Tallahassee Florida office The chosen applicant would be a key member of the consulting services group which currently has five employees Responsibilities for the position include o Code NET web and windows applications in C o Client relations o Supervise and mentor both onsite and remote software developers assigning tasks and priorities o Scope projects for tasks and budgets o System architecture and design o Project management of software development projects o Write software requirements and technical specifications Requirements for the position include o 5+ years in software development including 2+ years in a leadership role o Bachelors degree in computer science or related field o Familiar with developing web and desktop applications using the Microsoft NET framework o Familiar with MS Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 o Proficient in programming in C o Prior experience with ASPNET MVC 34 framework o Prior experience with objectoriented design and development o Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) o Prior experience managing senior and junior level developers o Prior experience with version control o Prior experience with requirements design and project management o US citizen who currently resides in the US and is fluent in English Applicants with the following credentials will be preferred o Prior development experience using the ArcGIS Server stack o Experience with SQL Server HTML JavaScriptjQuery and AJAX o Experience with issue trackingticketing systems Please apply if youd like to enjoy the benefits of working in a small business Some of these benefits include creative freedom seeing the results of your work flexibility and the chance to be entrepreneurial Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications Benefits include paid vacation and sick leave medical insurance reimbursement disability insurance and SIMPLE retirement plan plus company matching up to 5 of compensation After 3 years of employment employees may qualify to become a company shareholder Please provide a resume and cover letter with the following Three references Examples of relevant project work Salary requirements Send to Brian Stiber Director of Consulting bstiberthinkf4com |
