| Responsibilities Provide onsite remote enduser desktop support in a mixedOS environment (Mac OS X Windows) Investigate and troubleshoot application operating system and peripheral errors Deploy and maintain computer phone video conference mobile devices Build maintain image new desktop hardware and replace or upgrade legacy hardware Develop improve and codify processes related to IT Test new applications and operating systems for compatibility Research and recommend new desktop technologies and applications Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements Impeccable customer service skills and teamplayer attitude Meticulous attention to detail Fast learner with the ability to become proficient in new applications and be an accessible friendly and knowledgeable resource Strong troubleshooting skills Able to diagnose determine root cause and offer solutions in a short time frame Keen desire to learn increase knowledge in network server system administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skils Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Ability to work and develop solutions independently Desired Skills Experience Experience with clientserver and crossplatform productivity applications Adobe CS Microsoft Dynamics Extensive experience with Mac OS X and applications Parallels Bootcamp MS Office Safari Mail iCal Strong experience with Windows 7 and applications Microsoft Office MS Exchange Outlook Extensive experience supporting and deploying multiple operating systems (Mac OS Windows Linux) Strong desktop hardware experience (Windows Mac laptops peripherals) Strong experience with Google Apps for Business Excellent knowledge and experience with desktop laptop maintenance Experience with Video Conference (LifeSize) and VOIP (Altigen) solutions Experience and understanding of TCPIP networking Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment (iOS Android Blackberry Windows Mobile) Experience with backup desktop deployment software solutions such as Clonezilla Ghost on Mac and Windows Experience with LinuxOpen Source Applications Qualifications 13 years experience in IT related field preferably in ecommerceinternetretail Bachelors degree |
