| Overview We are looking for a technical and handson Quality Assurance leader to drive quality assurance for key areas of the Trivantis ecosystem including ELearning Authoring Learning Management systems and related technologies The QA manager responsible for this space will have experience in quality assurance on client applications core backend services as well as customer facing UI Shehe will lead a team of Quality Assurance Engineers in Boca Raton and will be responsible for the day to day management of the team including mentoring performance management and work planning including scripting automation test planning and other QA activities The selected QA Manager will be handson and be able to lead QA Engineers by example and contribute to the daily workflow of the team Finally the QA Manager will work with the development team to define and execute test plans increase automation and prioritize plan and execute team roadmaps Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the daytoday QA workflow Maintain a high performing team by managing mentoring and developing QA Engineers Develop and maintain test automation scripts increase automation coverage Participate in design and specification reviews and develop accompanying test plans Increase productivity through automation tools and best practices Work directly with development team to deliver high quality software features and updates Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and experience Three or more years of industry experience including handson Operations or QA experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of working effectively with Development Strong people management skills Experience leading test efforts for consumerfacing applications Ability to operate independently through organization and high judgment Experience and understanding of software development including waterfall and agile methodologies Customer focus and a passion for building great products Preferred Qualifications Experience with and passion for digital products Experience in software QA for websites and desktop software Experience working with scripting languages or Test Automation tools Experience with document formats DOC PDF PPT XLS etc |
