| MultiView is searching for a Cisco VoIP Engineer to join the Operations team in Irving TX MultiView is an outbound sales organization so the focus is leveraging the existing architecture to meet the business needs The individual will work directly with the Operational business unit to support and deploy upcoming implementations and improvements within the existing environment while interfacing with the network team for successful completion of projects The individual must have experience supporting enterprise level clients with advanced scripting configuration administration troubleshooting and support of Cisco UCCX CUCM and third party product suites8203 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a Phone Expert with network skills not a Network Expert with VoIP skills At least 5 years of experience in the following skill sets Cisco VOIP Engineer supporting internal clients Cisco Unified Communications Suite UCCX Administration Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) UNITY Familiarity with AXL for CUCM and its capabilities Network Protocols TCPIP SIP MGCP SCCP MPLS Phone Systems IP PBX PBX Cisco Routers Switches Configuration Troubleshooting Support Cisco PIX ASA Firewalls Configuration Troubleshooting Support Quality of Service (QOS) Traffic engineeringshaping in fully converged network Models Best Practices Experience working in a SQL MySQL environment Bachelors Degree Excellent English Written Verbal Must be able to interact confidently and articulately with business units PREFERRED Familiarity with NICE recording systems Familiarity with IPcelerate and IPsession UC Addons Familiarity with VMware Cisco Certifications CCNP CCNA CCVP UCCX Certified Professional |
