Job Description
| We are looking for an IT professional with a strong technical background a high aptitude for learning new things service oriented and ready to assist people with their technology needs Team player who can work autonomously without constant supervision Responsibilities Manage clients IT infrastructure including Switches Routers Firewalls Servers Workstations and mobile devices Resolves help desk tickets Maintains and updates work log on all open tickets daily Installs and ensures user satisfaction of new PCs laptops for user community Maintain and support printers Maintains contact with business unit users updating them on operational and production problems Instructs business unit users where necessary on new and existing software tools Setting up servers and workstations Monitor all back up schedules and perform routine data audits Required Skills 3 5 years related work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills knowledge of VMware Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office products Strong knowledge to Active Directory LAN knowledge including Ethernet hubs switches TCPIP and network configuration Experience in hardware provisioning installation configuration and troubleshooting Experience with server security including account security antivirus security protocols and monitoring tools Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to handle multiple competing priorities Ability to work with minimal supervision Qualifications Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems or related field is recommended with 3 to 5 years related experience preferred Help Desk Desktop Support related experience (Level 2) preferred Microsoft certification preferred A+ certification preferred If you constantly strive to improve your technical knowledge have a hard core work ethics are looking for challenges and a place with lots of opportunity to grow email us your We offer competitive compensation and Benefits |
