| Linkmont is seeking an experienced Project Manager to have full project management responsibility of several projects in the Denver area Education Bachelors degree in Engineering andor electrical design and construction experience Certifications BICSI RCDD certification is required Cable certifications not required but preferred Required Experience Must have experience in the Low Voltage Infrastructure Field experience in managing personnel with the installation (practices) of Category 5e6 MMSM Fiber Telephone Systems Voice and Data Network Infrastructure Campus Backbones AV Systems Security Systems Access Control Etc Must have knowledge of and experience in providing submittals reading RFPs Blue Prints and doing take offs for In Building Communications Systems Responsibilities Provide technical interface to customer segment for ISP and OSP communications construction projects Assist in the development of ISP and OSP designssolutions that meet industry standards as required based on working knowledge of customer environments Manage the subcontractor(s) selection process according to company sourcing standards Ensure subcontractor execution of work and to contract adherence Provide reports and conduct regular project meetings with customers on project status as required Qualifications Knowledge of TIA EIA standards for commercial and residential SCS design and commercial pathways and spaces and BICSI Telecommunication distribution method and inside and outside plant design Management and accountability of national state and local licenses is required to ensure Company complies with relevant Structured Cabling Electrical HVAC Pathways and control wiring regulations and codes Position will require expertise in the following software Microsoft Visio Excel Word and Project and AutoCAD is a plus |
