| Archway Technology Partners is seeking a C NET Software Developer to join the Product Development team This individual will be asked to assist the technology team in the development of enterprise class software for the financial services industry This individual will be called upon to support existing projects and develop new functionality within Archways operational accounting and portfolio management application data integrations and reporting services The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to deliver products according to a predefined schedule in a selfmanaged environment This position will allow a talented and enthusiastic candidate the opportunity to have an immediate impact within the organization The primary responsibilities of this position will include Design implement test and document applications that use Microsoft and other industry standard technologies Meet the requirements and deadlines established for a given project Follow internal processes and procedures Investigate and resolve reported defects Work closely with other staff members to coordinate assignments and communicate status Archway Technology Partners is a fastpaced environment with high demands on the Product Development team A successful candidate sets a high standard for their ontime delivery of quality solutions Listed below are the desired experience andor skills demonstrated by a successful candidate Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent degreework experience 15 years programming experience 12 years development experience in Microsoft CNETJava Proven ability to build quality systems with unit andor white box testing 12 years experience with SQL Server 2005 or 2008 and TransactSQL Strong knowledge of objectoriented programming Rigorous attention to detail A selfstarter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment Ability to manage workload with shifting priorities Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problemsolving skills Additional Skills Desirable Prior experience in FIX Protocol FIX engines andor FIX connectivity is a plus Adobe Flex experience is helpful Experience in accounting andor financial services is helpful Experience with XMLXSD SOAP and REST is helpful About Archway Technology Partners Archway Technology Partners is a software company whose products and services support the accounting and financial operations of global CPA Firms Family Offices Hedge Funds Investment Advisors Prime Brokers and Private Banks Archways flagship platform ATWeb is a web deployed enterprise solution that integrates a full general ledger with a portfolio management system to support portfolio fund and partnership accounting Please visit our website at wwwarchwaytechnologynet for more information |
