Job Description
| Clark Hill is seeking to hire a Client Services Analyst to join its Information Technology Department in the firmrsquos Detroit Office The position reports to the Senior User Experience Manager and is responsible for providing firstcontact Help Desk support to all Clark Hill users via phone email Help Desk ticketing software and other channels as appropriate This individual will work with other members of the team to resolve reported issues within an established timeframe to ensure optimal customer satisfaction The Client Services Analyst will identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members on the documentation and implementation of these improvements REQUIRED SKILLSEXPERIENCE Possess a degree in Information Technology or have equivalent experience Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a Help Desk support capacity supporting multiple geographically distributed users Highlevel competency with all Microsoft products and software Knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis skills Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems and associated hardware and peripherals Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational skills Excellent communications skills and high degree of professionalism Strong customer service skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment A track record of delivering superior customer service is mandatory Prior experience in a Help Desk support role is required Qualified candidates will possess strong written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to deliver results with high energy within a collaborative team environment Qualified candidates are asked to submit a resume including cover letter indicating salary requirement by clicking on the green Apply Now button on this page Attn CS Analyst Clark Hill PLC is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER |
