| NEArsquos Member Benefits Corporation has an employment opportunity for an experienced Field Marketing Specialist The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the Companyrsquos digital properties with its business and marketing strategy(s) This position will ensure that the MBC web properties possess the functionality to fully support marketing campaigns which includes functionality that facilitates member interaction engagement product participation that will lead to revenue growth Key knowledge requirements for the job Five (5) + years online product marketing experience focused on the development of web pages websites designed to move prospects customers through an online sales process towards conversion Five (5) + years of software product management experience focused on the following o Interpretation of business requirements o Analysis and documentation of user stories functional requirements o Evaluation of functional requirements o Analysis of and collaborative development of solutions to meet exceed business requirements o Creation of software development artifacts Knowledge of a variety of software development lifecycle methodologies Three (3) + years of software project management experience using AGILE software development methodologies and experience with SCRUM software development deployment processes and procedures Demonstrated success in defining and launching online products functionality andor applications Current working knowledge in the application of web technologies (HTML JavaScript CSS XML) Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Working knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and database structures BABS in MIS or Computer Science or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in communicating with both technical and nontechnical personnel Experience communicating with all levels of management and staff Experience defining and managing software development projects to ensure that budget schedule and quality are effectively balanced and that the projects support the desired business requirements NEA MB offers recognition for your accomplishments and the support of your colleagues in our diverse environment of 100 employees We have been in business for over thirty years and are financially stable We offer a highly competitive benefits and compensation package and are located in Gaithersburg MD To be considered for this opportunity submit your cover letter and resume with salary requirements (only those with salary requirements will be considered) to Resumesneambcom NEArsquos Member Benefits 900 Clopper Rd Suite 300 Gaithersburg MD 20878 We are an EOE Employer Minorities are encouraged to apply NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE |
