| A Dallasarea business for over 30 years StatLab Medical Products is a leader in the anatomic pathology lab supply industry We are growing and are seeking an energetic experienced IT Systems Adminstrator that shares our core values and is excited to help further our customer and qualitycentric mission If you have proven experience in systems administration familiarity with Epicor ERP a positive and teamoriented attitude and a knack for problemsolving then we might have a place for you We pride ourselves on choosing the right team members for the job and have a history of long tenure even as wersquove grown through the years This fulltime position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and will be responsible for Developing and maintaining Epicor 9 ERP and CRM systems including customizations BAQs BAMs BPMs reports dashboards and general system configuration Providing technical support for Epicor 9 to all team members Providing Level 1 IT support to all team members Administering basic business applications such as our company Sharepoint site Collaborating to develop business processes that drive exceptional customer service Managing IT projects that further our growth Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required Bachelorrsquos Degree in computer science or related field with equivalent experience 3 yearsrsquo experience with Epicor 9 ERP and CRM or Epicor Vantage 8 strongly preferred Highly analytical Excellent computer skills Excellent verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem solving project management and organizational skills StatLab has a great teamoriented culture and offers a generous benefits package and salary commensurate with experience Please submit your resume and salary requirements to Human Resources Please no phone calls and no recruiters There is no relocation available for this position StatLab Medical Products is an equal opportunity employer |
