| Responsible for developing testing and implementing efficient and flexible computer programs and scripts (using R perl python SQL) for analysis of large scale genotype and sequencing data derived from the Framingham Heart Study work closely with statistical geneticists who will determine the analyses to be conducted produce clearly written documentation for users support researchers in use of the analysis pipeline Work with cutting edge geneticsgenomic data on ldquobig datardquo issues within a high performance compute cluster environment This position is responsible for managing data and manipulating large (ge1 terabyte) data sets and working in a LINUX environment Knowledge of genetics is desired but not required for this position Please apply online with our link |
