| General Summary We currently have an opening for a Systems Analyst ndash Content Management within our Information Technology Division This position is responsible for administration of and support for content management drawing management portal management records management and website solutions Job responsibilities Analyzes designs develops implements and provides operational support of business processes and business applications Supports enhances and maintains existing business applications to ensure their availability reliability and performance Designs and develops business solutions based on business requirements to provide business improvements Works with business areas to identify specific business requirements and determine system andor process needs to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations Develops and conducts quality assurance testing to ensure quality products are delivered Establishes strategic direction for business applications and corresponding technologies to meet GRErsquos long term goals Qualifications To qualify you must have Bachelorrsquos degree in a technology related field and 37+ years of experience designing developing and supporting business systems or applications OR 2+ years post high school education in a technology related field and 59+ years of experience designing developing and supporting business systems or applications Utility industry experience is preferred Oracle WebCenter experience is required with the Enterprise Content Management and Portal modules is required Experience with Social and Web Experience Management modules is preferred Oracle Fusion Middleware experience with WebLogic is preferred AutoDesk AutoCad and Synergis Adept experience is preferred AIIM or other relevant certification is preferred Experience to include web internet browserprogramming experience (such as CSS HTML XML andor JavaScript and web graphics) Experience with crossbrowser development and testing Experience with Apple Safari Google Chrome Microsoft Internet Explorer Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers Experience with user interface design and web usability principles Experience with all phases of the website design and development life cycle Experience with graphic and multimedia tools such as AdobeFlash Adobe PhotoShop and streaming media servers Experience developing implementing and maintaining information classification schemes and taxonomies Knowledge and skills in relational database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Knowledge and skill in structured and unstructured data modeling Knowledge in electronic and physical records management principles Skill in systems analysis design programming testing implementation integration and support Skill in installing and configuring major applications andor application enhancements Skill in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes Skill in developing documentation for endusers and other team members Strong analytical facilitation project management problemsolving and communication skills Ability to establish credibility build relationships and partner with all levels of the organization Ability to organize and interpret data strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment multitask and provide strong customer service ApplyQualified professionals will find we have a lot to offer competitive compensation continued education an onsite workout facility generous retirement plan along with many more benefits Qualified candidates please apply at wwwgreatriverenergycom httpwwwgreatriverenergycom under the Careers tab by January 18 2013 GRE is an EEOAA Employer |
