| Job Description Perform business technical analysis on new application development requests Develop technical comprehension and PEAK system knowledge to successfully design document and evangelize project solutions Represent the business interests and needs of a given project andor specific component within a project Partner with key business and technical owners to understand current environment and organizational goals Identify and document requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys business process descriptions use cases scenarios workflow business analysis and task and workflow analysis Apply appropriate tools such as activity and data modeling transaction flow analysis internal control and risk analysis and other modern IT techniques Perform tests and simulations that assist in the development of data that is required to support reporting analysis and direction within the scope of customerfacing systems responsibilitie Produce and manage IT project deliverables Develop standard IT project deliverables including charters business cases BRDs project schedules budgets communication plans and status reports Develop application development deliverables including businessfunctional requirements (BRD) Use Cases GUI Screen and Interface designs Develop QA test plans and coordinate with QA testing team to test the application software Aid in userfacing support activities user acceptance testing and training to ensure successful adoption of new applications and software systems Work within defined timelines collaborating with business stakeholders and IT leaders to complete assigned deliverables Develop user manuals associated with the new applications Desired Skills Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities Knowledge of Information technology platforms trends and concepts Software development lifecycle practices and procedures (SDLC) PMI project management methodologies tools control phases and deliverables Software project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall and Iterative) Microsoft technology stack (SharePoint BizTalk NET MS SQL Server) Skilled in Developing and communicating IT status reports Documenting business technical specifications (BRDs SOWs etc) Designing technical proposals solutions and system migration plans Using Windows and Microsoft Office software including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Project Managing the efforts of external vendors suppliers and partners Coordinating largescale application development initiatives Ability to Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization Demonstrate strong technical leadership and gain consensus from all stakeholders Negotiate project outcomes strategies and tactics Assimilate new technical knowledge at a highrate of speed Collaborate with organizational members and solve conflicts when they arise Work proactively with minimal supervision Bachelors degree in information technology business analysis project management andor other related field 5+ years experience in business analysis with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions that fully meet customer requirements company websitewwwgotopeakcom EOE Company Description Peak Performance a privately held company is a major national provider of measurable Customer Retention solutions for the automotive industry PEAK is the industrys partner of choice providing multichannel CRM solutions for dealerships We provide customized costeffective and innovative solutions for customer retention |
