| QUALIFICATIONS Bachelorrsquos Degree preferred Experience in personnel management and leadership expertise 3+ years experience in dialysis treated water systems and technical aspects of dialysis Excellent analytical critical thinking problem solving skills Proven communications skills Demonstrated team support and participation skills Ability to work independently and interpret information including financial information Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems solve abstract issues interpret and implement policies and procedures Basic computer and software ability including spreadsheet word processing and email RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for technical operations within CDC defined regions Performs higher level water system repairs and upgrades Fills in when Technical Coordinator is not available Assists CTS in writing and implementing new policies and procedure and responsible for implementing at facility level Assists CTS in developing training curriculum and responsible for training staff Supervises the Facility Technical Coordinators FTArsquos FSArsquos and Float Pool Fiscal responsibility for units within assigned region |
