| Position Description Responsible for ITanalytical development and support for Accounts Receivable Customer Payments and Specialty Departments which process approximately 85 and 95 of the total dollar of McKessons receivables and incoming payments respectively across multiple business units System Analysis Provide reporting and IT analytical development and support which includes but is not limited to building on existing SAPSQ01 or BW queries (variants filters etc) utilizing MS Access to create adhoc reports data analytics or as a tool to test systemreport development andor partnering with Tech Solutions to facilitate additional SQL development Expand valueadd analytics metrics and reporting capabilities through internal development and also as a liaison between the business and technology partners (AR Customer Payments BTS Technology Solutions EDI Six Sigma third party vendors) Maintain uptodate knowledge of SAP ARFSCM and BW functionality including new upgradesenhancements to identify and lead continuous process systems and reporting improvements Lead perform andor provide assistance throughout all stages of systemreporting development lifecycles and new business integrations to ensure systemsreports are developed according to businessprocess need Support execution of systemsreporting initiatives throughout development lifecycles (internal and business driven) including but not limited to the following Facilitation of design and requirements gathering sessions Development and delivery of comprehensive requirements documents Development and execution of UAT test scripts Post implementation benefits tracking and key objective measurement Service levelquality management and measurement Develop and deliver executivelevel status reports for key strategic initiatives Actively engage with internalexternal teams (including AR Customer Payments Finance Accounting Technology Solutions BTS Six Sigma third party vendors etc) to streamline and standardize processes by identifying and developing opportunities to increase efficiencies by reducing nonvalue work partner to implement IT best practices Provide indepth AR Customer Payments and Specialty analysis and support across multiple business units in order to improve EBIT through cost control and reduction of profit leaks Provide support for runningmonitoring batch reports Maintain frontend configuration tables in SAP to enable daytoday business operations Participates throughout systemreporting development lifecycles and new business integrations to document requirements testing outcomes business processes and related training documentation Identify and analyze opportunities to streamline and standardize various intercompany processes impacting the business units supported Partner with MFC teams including Finance Accounting Technology Solutions BTS and Six Sigma to implement best practices and drive process efficiencies Updates and maintains all business and systemrelated documentation and user guides in SharePoint andor SAP works crossdepartmentally to maintain update and ensure consistency of business processrule processflow customer process and SOX documentation Performs SharePoint administrator duties by creating and maintaining the infrastructure and documentation Performs the activities involved in the design preparation delivery and needs assessment of training and development programs for departmental staff Provide accurate business measurements reflecting businesscustomer viewpoints and deliver a high level of quality and responsiveness to businesscustomer needs Minimum Requirements 2+ years experience in business analysis requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems Additional Knowledge Skills 46 years overall business experience including 3+ years experience in business analysis requirements definition building accounting system systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems Detailed knowledge of building automated solutionsbusiness applications and process improvementproject management frameworks Collaborative customerfocused and able to create visible value Strong SAPBW reporting and analysis ability Solid writing communication analytical and leadership Advanced skill in MS Office (MS Word Excel Access and PowerPoint) SAP understanding Some SQL and BW development experience preferred Education 4year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Physical Requirements General Office Demands
