Job Description
| Responsible for conducting research and root cause analysis for customers with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems Resolve issues and improve operational performance on a crossfunctionaldepartmental basis Reports to Manager Level Responsible for collecting tracking analyzing and trending data may conduct data mining using call survey results and make recommendations for actionssolutions Investigate service related issues to identify root cause of issues identify and communicate business needs assessments as necessary May create forecasting tools using current technologysystems (Access Excel Monarch etc) assist in translating business requirements and assist IT with the development of technical specifications Assist and participate in internal and external project workgroup(s) Participate in presentations to internal and external audiences Recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency andor improve existing processes Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audit activities may review audit findingsreports for accuracy and completeness Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects implementations system fixes and enhancements etc Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management Core Individual Contributor Competencies Personal and professional attributes that are critical to successful performance for Individual Contributors Provide analytical support for timely and effective insurance claims and risk financing for the risk mgmt program Bachelors degree required with 4 years relevant experience Education Bachelors degree preferred Work experience Three (3)+ years experience in an operational role or analytical role Specialized knowledgeskills Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred Strong Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office products to include (Access Word Excel PowerPoint Project Visio etc) Team Player Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills |
