| Its the new age of independence And its changing the way we live BE PART OF IT UNIVITA is dedicated to helping people live and age with independence By providing a single place to find and manage resources which support independent living UNIVITA makes it easier to access care and to age safely at home This is your opportunity to join an innovative company with a culture that promotes compassion trust and accountability ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY In this position you are responsible for understanding the business needs of clients and developing business and system requirements to address those needs as well as serving as a liaison between the customer and IT RESPONSIBILITIES Meet with clients internal business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and members of the development team to gather define and document business and system requirements Provide requirements support during the design execution testing and implementation phases of a project Facilitate meetings with internal resources or customers and provide training to personnel when necessary Create project documentation outside of requirements based upon project needs (eg cases system flows data models and training documents) Troubleshoot issues that arise during the lifecycle of a project and escalate as appropriate Provide system information as part of the change management and change control process Estimate time needed to complete project work and track time appropriately Manage the most complex projects without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment Serve as an analysis lead on projects coordinating and driving analysis activities that may occur on one to many platforms Travel occasional trips to MN about 10 Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree and 8+ years work experience as a Business Analyst Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Infrastructure experience Previous HITECH experience Previous security andor compliance experience Business use case and modeling development experience Specification development Traceability Relational databases Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) |
