| Vista Systems is currently looking for talented individuals with a strong technical background and top notch customer support skills to work as a Technical Support Technician and Software Tester for our new products This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support person who is interested in the software development process This role will work closely with a group of highly motivated engineers and support personnel Job Functions Primary customer interaction will be via phonesupport however occasional travel may be required Responsible for troubleshooting and isolating customer issues for Vista products and other ancillary equipment Execute and create manual and automated testing scripts for new releases of software products Provide testing results steps to reproduce and regression test statistics to Engineering Skills Required Knowledge in IT technologies such as networking and Windows OS configurations Excellent problem solving skills Communicate technical concepts and procedures Ensure effective communication with all team members Ability to solve complex issues with limited information Excellent oral and written communication skills Understanding of the software testdevelopment process a plus Basic Video Processing knowledge a plus Local candidates preferred Why You Should Work at Vista Control Systems Corp Vista develops video processor products which are found in some of the most highprofile installations in the world As a team member at Vista Systems youll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to and support the product functionality that effectively defines the way people visualize data and communicate ideas using high quality realtime video |
