| Primary Responsibilities Develop install test maintain and modify computer systems and software Provide IT troubleshooting and training support to employees for multiple company locations both onsite and through remote access technologies Recommend changes to improve processes and systems Education Requirement Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Experience Requirement 2+ years of relevant work experience Required Technical Abilities Skilled at sourcing implementing and maintaining an IT infrastructure including desktop computers laptops servers network hardware printers copiers office and personal phones software email internet etc with a thorough knowledge of the latest technology Possesses a thorough knowledge of Windows Server 20032008 Windows XPVista7 Professional MS Office antivirus backup with the ability to learn and master numerous industryspecific software (and hardware) systems Ability to safely and securely manage access to computer systems such as network and file servers remote access email etc through configuration of active directory and other Windows security features firewalls antispam systems etc Perform data analysis with strong Excel skills Desired Abilities Multifaceted with the ability to learn and help as needed on a wide variety of projects applying IT skills to produce warehouse and farming related projects Programming skills that can be applied to writing code in Visual Basic SQL relational database queries andor HTML web is a plus Analytical thinker skilled at problem solving and data analysis Talented at marketing and graphic design activities including website content maintenance use of Adobe Creative Suite for design of brochures and other marketing materials is a plus TravelAvailability Requirement Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hour per week Light seasonal domestic travel as needed Local Candidates are encouraged to apply as we do not offer sponsorship or relocation for this position |
