| Position Overview NuView Systems Inc is a leading provider of complete cost effective Human Capital Management and Payroll solutions to global midmarket customers Our enterprise solutions provide Human Resource departments employees and Management with a total view of their workforce complete life cycle management of employees and relevant employee based information needed to accomplish company strategic objectives and goals Solutions Consultants are the primary technical resource for the field sales force Solutions Consultants are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process working in conjunction with the sales business analyst and development teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate and demonstrate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users Demonstrable HR and Payroll domain expertise a must Responsibilities Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences seminars etc Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIsRFPs Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams Responsible for maintaining content and configurations of sales demonstration systems Qualifications Must possess excellent presentation skills Must be able communicate professionally orally as well as in written responses to emails RFPs and when submitting reports Organized and analytical able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Excellent collaboration skills Self starter highly motivated to succeed Demonstrable HR and Payroll domain expertise Understanding of Human Capital Management and Payroll competitive space Demonstrable experience positioning onpremise license as well as hostedSaaS software solutions Solid understanding of enterprise IT technologies and architectures Demonstrable enterprise software solutionproduct demonstration skills 3 5 years relevant vendor sales andor sales engineer experience Ability willingness for extensive travel Other desired attributes Understanding of NuView products Relevant sales background Innovative personality and aptitude Ability to operate in small fastpaced company environment |
