| Summary Level 3 IT Support Specialists are associates who quickly and effectively provide third level troubleshooting and problem management of complex IT problems Qualified candidates will have 5 7 years of IT experience in operations of various technologies be a highly selfmotivated technical leader and have excellent customer service skills Preferred Skill Experience Provides technical capabilities to troubleshoot identify root cause and resolve complex problems related to network Windows server Linux Workstation antivirus and Microsoft applications Additional areas of level 3 expertise are beneficial Support high end complex problem management to identify complex problems and develop work around solutions and resolutions Provide technical assistance to level 2 and level 1 team members as needed in troubleshooting related problems Excellent technical troubleshooting skills Ability to provide premier technical assistance to both internal and external clients Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical resources and effectively communicate problems and solutions to nontechnical staff Ability to identify creative ways to approach problem resolution and tactical service restoration Demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service from initial interactions through followup of problems Technical Skills Microsoft Server 200320082012 Active Directory Microsoft SQL 200020052012 Microsoft SharePoint Zimbra SonicWall Cisco Microsoft Office 200320072010 Mitel NuPoint Voicemail HTML Polycom Video Conf Vlan WAN VMWare ESX vSphere EducationCertifications Required o Bachelors degree o 5 7 years IT support experience o A+ o Network+ Preferred o MCPMCSAMCSEMCSA o MOS o CCNA o CSSA o VCP5 o LPIC 123 Travel This position will require some overnight travel both locally (within the state of Ohio) and nationally Relocation No relocation support is currently available for this position US sponsorship is not currently available for this position |
