| At LPP youll have the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in PR LPP is a leading public relations firm for the technology clean tech and healthcare industries and is a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc (NYSE OMC) a global leader in advertising and marketing communications The Helpdesk Technicians primary focus will be to provide first line support to the endusers of the organization We are looking for an organized userfocused selfstarter Investigate hardware problems and perform system hardware repair Provide helpdesk support to endusers in a primarily Windows office with locations in Boston and Austin Assist parent company with onsite maintenance of network infrastructure and data security Provide administration and support of the VOIP phone system Provide administration and support of AudioVisual systems (Projectors TVs Video Conferencing) Partner with Human Resources on new hire setup and orientation Maintain asset inventory Install upgrade PCs laptops and related hardware Install and maintain all software packages on agency workstations Coordinate repairs for office hardware Monitor and coordinate backups Other IT applicationhardware training (ie Office 2010 Microsoft Lync etc) Document equipment use for both office locations Serve as vendor liaison Have the ability to take on special projects as needed |
