| Rapidly growing financial services business is seeking an IT SpecialistGeneralist We are looking for a selfmotivated and proactive individual to spearhead our IT department and actively update our call center technology Qualifications Bachelors Degree in technology related field 4+ years in a tech role Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and application environment Knowledge in call center modular voice mail and IVR Knowledge of phone switchvoicemail management desktop service Working knowledge of local and wide area networks (LANWAN) Internet email systems telecommunications and data communications Experience managing server hardware Knowledge of security around Windows 20032008 R2 OS Experience in Networking DHCP DNS Have a strong knowledge of storage and compatible options VMware Skills Resourceful organized and curious (Technical innovations new software and hardware) Ability and willingness to work offhours oncall and on weekends as necessary Knowledge in Media Temple Camp Fire LeadTrac Leads 360 a plus |
