| Were Deck5 Software Inc and were looking for a Chicagobased Senior Javascript Developer to help lead the client side development of a next generation Talent Management System for one of our enterprise clients Youll work with our inhouse design team as well as our iOS development team who has already developed the phase one iPad client for this app The project is still in the prelaunch stage so the opportunity still exists to make a significant contribution This is a great opportunity for the right person but you must be skilled confident and most importantly passionate about your craft Successful candidates must also be thoroughly versed in website quality and performance to ensure fast load times server load and overall system performance Desired Skills Experience Minimum of 3+ years of production quality clientside application development experience in a multibrowser environment Expert level Javascript and HTML5 skills MVC framework experience Additional required experience includes Ruby on Rails or other serverside technologies also JQuery CSS3 Raphael HTTP REST Additional optional experience includes noSQL technologies including CouchDB MongoDB Cassandra and Backbonejs ObjectOriented Design Agile Development Extreme Programming Mobile software development best practices including testdriven development Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related field or commensurate experience Ability to marshall a project from requirements scoping through product launch Must be an analytical detailoriented and organized individual Passionate about working in a fastpaced environment with a highperforming team Startup experience is highly desirable Other Work Environment Details The newest and best Mac dev tools (MBPs monitors iPads minis) Very cool newly remodeled office digs in the Loop (All train lines very close) Competitive salary and benefits A work hard play hard environment Bring your wicked pingpong skills |
