| Marathon Petroleum Company LP a major petroleum refiner marketer is accepting resumes for an Electronic Technician position based in Powder Springs GA This position provides service to terminals in the Southeast area and requires travel of 34 nights per week wroutine overnight stays Elect Techs are responsible for maintaining electronic equipment at Marathon light products asphalt terminals and providing the expertise to repair replace maintain perform preventative maintenance on assigned electronic equipment Equipment maintained include Terminal Computer Operating Systems fire detection systems electronic loading presets storage tank high level alarm systems programmable logic controllers (PLCs) printers card readers video display terminal (touch screens) uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) Changes in assigned terminals do occur on a temporary basis to balance workload for training Technicians should have electronicsrelated experience PLC programming knowledge and knowledge of PC operating systems Microsoft WordExcel A Computer Technician or Technology Bachelors degree is preferred Must also be highly motivated selfdirected have strong decisionmaking skills possess excellent work record wreferences Comprehensive salary benefits included Starting salary dependent in part upon experience qualifications For consideration please apply online at wwwmarathonpetroleumcomcareers by January 20th |
