| Salesforcecom AdminDeveloper PRIMARY DUTIES Administration and development of the companys Salesforcecom CRM instance as well as development of related processes responsible for assisting with its adoption and ongoing success Admin Duties Administration functions include but are not limited to user management configuration customization data management and training Specific examples of Salesforce Administrations tasks include o Customize Salesforcecom fields page layouts record types profiles and roles o Manage overall system configuration and release cycles o Development of documentation on processes and workflows o Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues working with internal clients o Primary point of contact for daytoday user requests o Regularly audit field usage and overall system adoption o Manage instance to ensure data integrity o Undertake additional analysis and reporting projects as directed by management o Maintaining data integrity focused on monitoring data quality record completeness and record duplication Developer Duties Developers functions are more geared towards the architecture of the system and the translation of requirement from nontechnical end users into solutions through our Salesforcecom (SFDC) instance Specific examples of Salesforce Development tasks include o Developing and maintaining scontrols AppExchanges and Forcecom pages o Integrate Salesforce with other third party solutions o Manage the SF instance using the standard aspects of the Salesforce Setup menu o Create and manage custom objects fields and formulas o Develop and maintain custom reports o Develop and maintain dashboards o Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow o Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems o Audit uncover and resolve data integrity issues o Complete bulk imports of data o Batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes o Recommend best practices o Recommend implement test and deploy Visualforce pages o Recommend implement test and deploy Apex classes and triggers o Regularly perform database deduping and cleanup procedures o Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users BASIC QUALIFICATIONS This position is 50 Analysis 50 Technical 13 years previous experience with deep understanding of Salesforcecom Experience with process analysis focused on translating business processes into technology solutions Experience with the Salesforcecom APEX data loader Programming Languages APEX and Visualforce Experience with the Salesforcecom Web Services API Proficiency with MS Office suite Good analytical business process development skills and problem solving skills Ability to troubleshoot system process and data issues ability to think clearly under pressure Demonstrated and proven ability to provide superior client service in demanding deadlinedriven situations BS or a BA college degree |
