| Los Angeles area residential integrator with a 25+ year history Completed project values range from 50k to 125 million We provide systems that control the entire range of residential subsystems audio video screening rooms lighting window treatment HVAC security CCTV telephone intercom etc Additional company details (company name location etc) will be provided after verbal communications are established We are in search of a very capable fulltime Crestron programmer We strongly prefer candidates with certification but also recognize that there may be some qualified coders who are not certified The qualities we are looking for are Strong familiarity with a wide variety of Crestron hardware over the last few years Strong familiarity with standard residential subsystems and the typical hardware used in them Strong ITnetworking knowledge Good familiarity with Mac and Windows PCs Good verbal and written communications Capability to write simple stepbystep instructions for clients when needed Ability to write clean efficient SIMPL Windows code with comments where appropriate Ability to code in SIMPL+ when necessary but with an eye to not using it UNLESS necessary Ability to lay out attractive user interfaces for Crestron panels and iOSAndroid devices It is not a requirement to create graphic elements or design UI templates but some basic Photoshop skills are a bonus Please be prepared to show examples of your work either by emailing archives or smw files or allowing us visual inspection of code samples during a personal interview We offer competitive salary commensurate with experience medical and dental benefits 401K with company contributions and a generous vacation plan Please include your resume with first contact |
