| Provides technical systems expertise and core competencies to deliver manufacturing systems support to the brewery functions incorporating agreedstandard technologies and provides process improvements through innovation and optimization Provides technical and operational support for projects Support the brewery functions (Brewing Packaging Warehouse Utilities etc) with technical systems support Ensure that problems and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner aligned to agreed service level agreements Assists in the implementation of the MillerCoors systems strategy Works with the Corporate Systems Teams and Plant Manufacturing Systems groups to optimize processes applications and technologies Collaborates to generate practices and standards in forumscouncils which are utilized to improve Manufacturing Systems performance and best practices Provides brewery functional support Works with the plant functional departments to ensure that systems are being fully utilized and add value to the department and the teams Is the single point of contact for systems related issues Provides the following services to the function Application configuration Application design support Control system design development deployment according to MillerCoors standards Application software maintenancesupport Ensure data integrity Manage systems related documentation Systems maintenancerepair Process optimization Disaster recovery process Advanced process control Leverageoptimize manufacturing systems Optimize manufacturing processes through the use of systems Provide functionaloperational support System configuration Provides technology support Is the subject matter expert on the technologies found in the plantfunctional area and advisesmonitors for site wide standards o Control Systems Networks o Manufacturing Systems Applications o Distributed Control Systems (DCSs) o Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) Instrumentation o Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Ensures governance of policies procedures and standards Provides input to the development of the MillerCoors systems policies procedures and standards Leads continuous improvement in functional area Works with the functional teams to achieve world class effectiveness of systems equipment processes and people through rigorous focus on the identification and elimination of waste Applies manufacturing systems best practices in order to drive down costs improve quality and enhance our ability to costeffectively deliver and sell more beer Supports brewery safety energy and environmental initiatives Encourages the identification of and provides technical resources for environmental and energy savings projects Demonstrates commitment to safety through participation in and support of SMP and other safety initiatives as identified Leads and creates a safety culture in alignment with MillerCoors philosophy Ensures operation is conducted in a safety and environmentally friendly manner at all times indentifying and highlighting unsafe work practices and correcting with urgency Ensures that all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping tasks are carried out and 5S principles are applied Supports team performance and creates a culture of employee engagement Models CSFs MCMW work principles and practices Encourages and influences teams and employees to recommend implement and transfer knowledge on new ideas shared learnings and best practices to optimize operations Involves employees and teams in all facets of projects trials and improvements Drives performance management practices Effectively coaches and communicates and recognizes the right behaviors outputs and builds effective partnerships across the brewery and supply chain network Education level andor experience Degree in Computer Science Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment High speed consumer package goods experience a plus Skills andor knowledge Deep systems technology skills o Manufacturing Systems Networks and architectures o Manufacturing Systems Applications o Distributed Control Systems (DCSs) o Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) General knowledge and acquired knowhow in o Automation control systems (PLCs DCS) o Control Networks o Instrumentation Solid process understanding of the function (Brewing Packaging etc) Other requirements Skills in Operations (Project Management AnalyticalProblem Solving Results Driven Innovative Team PlayerInterpersonal Skills Intellect ResilientFlexible and Adaptable) Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs potential regulatory issues or risk management impact Communication skills oral and written for the preparation of professional clear concise reports and for presentations to plant leadership teams Interpersonal listening and negotiation skills to deal effectively with contractors suppliers vendors peers team members superiors consultants and other professionals Judgment
