| This position is a great opportunity for an organized enthusiastic highly motivated individual who enjoys working with a variety of technologies in a fast based ecommerce environment at one of the fastest growing companies in Sacramento This is a perfect opportunity for a midlevel information systems professional looking to grow and expand in cloud based systems and data driven middleware development Duties to include documenting existing development in production creating solid business requirements for new development projects and enhancements developing data interfaces between cloud instances and local management systems and working with a team to develop user interfaces for custom solutions Salary is 80K 90K DOE Job description and Responsibilities Develop strong and solid business requirements for new and ongoing development projects Design develop and document interfaces between cloud platforms and local systems Design develop and document data interchange systems for vendor data automation Design develop and document database applications Develop programmatic workflow and business process solutions Provide best practice recommendations to continually improve business processes through technology Lead efforts to document existing systems and processes at work within the company As needed prepare ad hoc and manual reports and data feeds for internal and external customers Education Experience and Skills Required 5 7 years of overall development experience 2 3 years of development experience in a supply chain or ecommerce environment demonstrating a breadth of systems development capabilities Proficiency in NET preferably C andor Java Working knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL preferably TSQL Working knowledge of HTML XML Web Services JavaScript and serverside scripting with ASPNET or JSP Ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite DemandWare or other cloud based platforms that employ strict governance Proven ability to perform research analyze and communicate key findings Demonstrated ability to adapt to new application deployments and requirements Familiarity with the software development life cycle and versioning Selfstarter who can operate with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple concurrent highpriority issues and deliverable dates PhysicalEnvironmental Conditions Moderately physical in that the activities performed are of an administrative nature Requires the ability to stand walk and reach for approximately one third of the day For more than two thirds of the day this position will sit and talkhear Occasionally be required to lift up to 10 pounds This position is in a welllighted heated and air conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation The visual requirements for this position include clear vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus The noise level exposure is moderate in that it functions in a business office setting with computers and printers with light traffic There is no travel required for this position Organization Reports to Director of Information Technology |
