|Responsible for procurement deployment monitoring maintenance development upgrade and support of IT hardware and software systems including PCs Cellular phones Peripherals (USB drives tablets etc) Servers File Storage Networking equipment Operating systems Telecommunications Systems Office Automation HR Systems Accounting Systems Etc Ability to work in a fastpaced environment be handson demonstrate the utmost professionalism and confidentially and be comfortable working with seniorlevel executives both remote and onsite Manages all equipment supply vendor relationships with the Controller Ability to develop and manage effective vendor relationships and ability to escalate within the vendor organizations to address any set up service or maintenance needs in a timely fashion Develops and implements all IT policies and procedures including those for acceptable use social media security disaster recovery standards system backuparchiving records retention and HIPAAPHIHITECH compliance with the Controller and HR Director Provides new employee and contractor staff with laptop cellular phones USB drives Outlook and SharePoint setup orientation and training Extremely organized and detailed with high energy and with exceptional communication skills in order to maintain effective internal customer and vendor relationships Add and maintain users on the network and on the exchange and SharePoint servers assigning application access ensuring security and maintaining their configurations are within standards Maintain adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users With the Technology Committee develops budget for equipment capital expenditures equipment maintenance contracts and supplies within the department responsibilities With the Technology Committee studies recommends and implements enhancements in equipment and procedures recommends the procurement of appropriate outside assistance as required Supports and coordinates annual security assessment and then addresses all recommendations in a timely manner Other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Technologies or related field Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) or similar security certification Five to ten years experience in managing information systems for a professional services or growth oriented firm Adept with key data security and privacy laws including HIPAA PHI and HITECH Ability to travel as required up to 30 of the time Knowledge of and experience with the majority of IT infrastructure including LAN Windows Server Environment Microsoft Exchange Internet Information Systems backup systems networkworkstation peripherals print servers firewalls spam antivirus hardwaresoftware computer hardware (replacing hard drives hardware drivers etc) cloud hosting telecommunications Smart Phones and IPFlex Computer proficiencies in majority of applications Microsoft Office Suite 10 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Access) SharePoint Adobe Acrobat AirWatch Winmagic Symantec social media (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook etc) and remote desktop|
