| Enterprise IT Delivery Specialists Needed Job Summary CAS Group is seeking multiple candidates with experience governing leading and supporting the flow of initiatives from ideation through IT delivery to production with an emphasis on a transitioning from datedriven FIFO delivery approach to a disciplined 2436 month release focused delivery methodology Specifically qualified resources will understand the principles of Enterprise Release Management release scheduling enterprise prioritization demand capacity management and associated reporting and metrics Specific emphasis is requested on frontend demand management disciplines such as managing initiative intake coordinating feasibility estimation processes across varied stakeholders in both the business IT assessment of available IS delivery capacity and budget forecasting across a 2436 month Enterprise Release calendar Successful candidates will have the ability assess current state define new processes based on enterprise needs and lay out plans to implement new processes across a wide range of stakeholders in a complex mutisupplier IT environment assist in organizational design and support sustaining operations of new disciplines processes Responsibilities Consult with key stakeholders from business IT teams to assess current state of IS delivery processes Design document future state IT Delivery processes that support Delivery needs of the Enterprise from Ideation through production deliverywarranty Recommend justify organizational changes to support release focused delivery methodology Coordinate activities of multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization to achieve process organizational change Assess tools templates reporting for needed changes based on recommendations Develop detailed 2436 month release schedules Coordinate initiative intake feasibility estimation release scheduling processes Lead releases of various sizes (major microconfiguration) through the delivery process (from ideationscoping through production deliverywarranty) Coordinate activities of multiple stakeholders to deliver releases of various sizes (from ideationscoping through production deliverywarranty) Qualifications Desired Skills Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Demand Management managing demand for IT services with available capacity Enterprise Release Management disciplines in a complex multisupplier IT environment Capacity management forecasting utilization reporting Enterprise IT initiative prioritization processes Scheduling and packaging IT releases in a tier 12 Telecom IT organization Release level issue management Coordinating driving organizational change organizational change management Design implementation of governance processes Team leadership Projectprogram management Vendor management Experience with large telecom backoffice systems a plus Amdocs NetCracker (Convergys) Oracle Comverse etc Experience Education 5 or more years in Information Technology Experience facilitating integration of business IT process Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related businesstechnology areas or equivalent work experience Advanced degree preferred Key Words Delivery Governance IT Delivery Release Management Capacity Management Demand Management Prioritization Organizational Change Management |
