| The Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of our service technicians and keeping the team informed on the status of current deployment agreements He or she will work with existing clients that have Ongoing Service Agreements our Sales Team in scheduling project based Statement of Work documents and take incoming calls from clients for emergency or oneshot calls Essential Functions of the Pro Services Coordinator Schedule onsitecalls and coordinate with Professional services team Actively track ongoing jobs with an eye on proactively creating astounding service Keep team informed on status of current service agreements Exercise great customer service and phone skills Juggle multiple tasks and assign priorities when needed Be on time and on point Job Requirements 13 years experience working in a technical or help desk environment Experience in a professional environment preferably technical in nature Experience in using Ticketing System Web Help Desk preferred Proficiency in Macnative software applications (ie Microsoft Office iWork FileMaker Pro etc) Excellent verbal written communication skills for clear communication Knowledge in writing Statement of Work and Master Service Agreements is a bonus High School Diploma or equivalent This is a fulltime hourly position with benefits including health benefits paid vacation employee discounts and a fun and unique work environment Compensation is commensurate with experience Women and minority candidates are encouraged to apply |
