| Bryn Mawr Trusts Information Technology Department has an open position for a Senior Telecommunications Specialist responsible for ensuring the stable operation of inhouse phone systems gateways telecommunications services and their corresponding hardware and software Primary responsibilities of this position include planning developing installing configuring maintaining supporting and optimizing all voice network connections and communication links This position will also analyze and resolve enduser connectivity issues and design solutions to meet or exceed specified requirements in a timely and accurate fashion and provide enduser training where required Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree with a business or information technology related major a minimum of 5 years experience in telecomvoice customer serviceanalyst related position and a thorough knowledge of telecommunications Other qualifications include 3 to 5 years experience with CISCO or Avaya ACDSymposium and Voice Mail systems or the equivalent Pinnacle IntuityOctelMeridian Voice Mail systems IVR autoattendants Call Center experience is desirable experience with CTI platforms and integration in SQLServer environment solid people management skills excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as well as effective writing and verbal communication skills the ability to manage multiple priorities at a given time and a strong attention to detail Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology is preferred |
