| Radianse is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to plan install train the end user and maintain these systems To do this the applicant will be trained in all aspects of the system The utmost important quality for the applicant will be interest in learning about radio frequency systems General knowledge of networking servers installing software and strong interpersonal skills are needed but most of the critical knowledge will be taught to the applicant through on the job training and experience with the system The applicant should be prepared to travel work in hospitals (behind the scenes at times in the ORED) and be comfortable working at night (when the hospital is less busy) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Other duties may be assigned as required Provide client support and technical issue resolution via in person EMail phone and other electronic medium Configuration of Radianse hardware and software for customer specific networks Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications Document and track various support related solutions Design of new accounts using company provided software tools The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills Proficient with Microsoft SQL management studio Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server installation and configuration Experience with CAD software preferably AutoCAD Experience with MS Project and project management Proficient in Internet related applications such as EMail clients FTP clients and Web Browsers Experience with networking hardware and software debugging Able to work independently to create schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines Able to promptly answer support related email phone calls and other electronic communications Self motivated detailoriented and organized Excellent communication (oral and written) interpersonal organizational and presentation skills Education andor Experience Associates degree related to engineering or information technology or 3+ year experience in an information technology related field |
