| General Summary Description Anthem Media is seeking a fulltime Email Specialist to build and administer the email communications for myriad of print and online publications Applicants must be proficient in XHTML and CSS with a strong working knowledge of Adobe DreamWeaver and Photoshop Individual must be selfmotivated highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to turn around a large volume of work within a specified amount of time are a must DutiesResponsibilities Enewsletter creation and deployment to a businesstobusiness and professional audience Balance multiple daily deadlines for materials development and deployment of email communications Communicate with sales and editorial teams to understand best practices and materials requirements 2+ years of HTML development at code level CSS and Javascript High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously Keen problemsolving skills and ability to take initiative Ability to manage projects to meet aggressive timeline Professional written verbal and interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with multiple teams Strong in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite systems An understanding of HTML email standards and CANSPAM guidelines would be helpful as well as experience with Silverpop ExactTarget or similar email marketing software |
