| Technical Associate 2+ Consultant Job Description About Digital323 Digital323 is a growing highly professional IT managed services organization We work in a fastpaced very dynamic environment providing IT support to the small business environment throughout the Denver Metro area Our success is attributed to our unique ability to build longstanding trusted relationships with our clients We provide outstanding customer service in the form of proactively managed IT solutions including maintenance and monitoring services technical support services IT project management and implementation solutions and disaster recoveryBusiness Continuity consulting and implementation services We provide a virtual IT department offering the services that a full IT department would offer but at a quantity that suits the clients needs We are a privately held company and base our business philosophy and approach on Biblical principles of compassion service faithfulness and trustworthiness We have a strong emphasis on mentoring our employees to bring satisfaction to both their personal and professional lives The role of the Technical Associate 2+ Consultant will be to support the organization and its clients by conducting the duties and responsibilities as described below Are you the right person to join our team Position Summary As a TA 2+ Consultant you will have the right blend of interpersonal and technical skills tied together with a highlevel of professionalism Your primary focus will be in the areas of computer operations workstationserver repair user and desktop support (hardware and software) helpdesk escalation response and data management You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and may be required to train schedule distribute and escalate work to other staff members as needed You must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and creativity in selecting and applying procedures and solutions correctly and determines when to refer problems to the supervisor or the next level of support Because you will be entrusted with the security and stability of business IT environments building trust with the client and internally is critical You will have the ability to work well with the client other Digital323 members and the technology that ties us together Is this you If so and youre ready to enter the dynamic and exciting world of IT consulting then come join our team we want to help you get there Hours 4045 hours per week Salary Dependent upon qualifications Duties and Responsibilities Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support o Responding to helpdesk requests via phone remote and onsite support o System administration o Computer troubleshooting and repair Helpdesk Escalation Response o Assisting with escalated helpdesk requests IT Project Participation o Conducting technical work as part of a technology project on behalf of the client o Following the direction of the Project Lead Documentation o Updating client documentation as outlined within the Digital323 Operations Manual o Updating ticketing and time tracking system (ConnectWise) on a timely basis as work is being conducted for the Digital323 clients Technology Procurement o Procurement of technology on behalf of clients and other Digita323 coworkers o Updating Cost of Goods documentation and PO information within SharePoint and Digital323 systems Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Experience o 23 years of IT support experience as either an independent consultant or IT support organizationdepartment Education o College Graduate with Computer Science emphasis preferred o A+ Certification Network+ Certification Preferred Technical Skills o Windows Troubleshooting XP Vista Windows 7 o Extensive LANWAN experience DNS DHCP Static IP Wireless Configuration o Extensive Microsoft Active Directory experience o Extensive Microsoft Terminal Server experience o Experience with virtualization technology VMWare HyperV Veeam o Experience with various printer workstation laptop and server hardware o Experience with various network hardware switches routers firewalls cabling o Experience with Microsoft Office Products Microsoft Visio is a plus o Experience with ConnectWise is a plus Additional Skills o Strong troubleshooting skills o Strong professional demeanorpresentation o Strong communication skills written and verbal |
