| MRS BPO LLC At MRS our immediate objective is to settle delinquent accounts quickly and efficiently To accomplish this we have developed and implemented a number of highly successful collection methods When combined with the meticulous efforts of our intensively trained dedicated Resolution Agents these methods have consistently produced favorable outcomes and more importantly have positively impacted our clients overall bottom line MRS BPO LLC currently has an opening for a Software Developer Essential Functions Design code test and debug software Complete programming projects as assigned Document software designs and user manuals according to company standards Investigate and learn new techniques that are needed to support client needs Consistently communicate and interact with team members in a professional cooperative manner Take the initiative to take the extra steps to improve code and overall application quality Exhibit analytical skills that aid in identifying a problem and determining a solution to the problem Work with clients as necessary to make software modifications Develop ad hoc reports as requested by clients Job Specific Competencies Able to function as a team member as well as independently Able to communicate well verbally and in writing Must be organized and detail oriented Must be able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize your work Required EducationExperience 2+ years experience in software development using VB or VBNET Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn and support proprietary business applications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Tech School Work Experience Work Related This is an exempt position so flexibility is required to meet the needs of our clients and the organization Must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis for any company Hours are Monday through Friday either 8am 5pm or 9am 6pm Must be able to pass background checks and substance screening No Travel |
