| Wurth Electronics ICS Inc is the recently established North American division of a well established organization Wurth Electronics ICS has a mission to successfully and profitably introduce a proven European technology into the US market This position is key in accomplishing that mission and requires a qualified energetic and creative individual to fill it Primary Responsibilities Develop ideas into meaningful concepts and carry thru to product realization and management of product life cycle thereafter Develop bills of material assembly routers and manufacturing tool sets as required Design develop and test embedded software for CC++ programming languages with a focus on CANJ1939 systems Maintain accurate and controlled data files Keep project status reporting up to date for effective communication with management and project team members Participate in management departmental engineering and project team meetings as required to insure continued progress toward objective and effective communication of same to management and others within the organization Travel as required in support of sales and marketing customer service and manufacturing Other activities as required The qualified candidate would at a minimum have A BS in Electrical Electronics or Computer Engineering Experience in PCB design power electronics and layout software (ie Mentorgraphics Expedition PADS or DipTrace) from product idea to series production Experience with embedded software design (ie CC++) Experience with CANJ1939 a plus Experience with mechanical design software a plus (ie Solidworks) |
