| KGS Alpha Capital Markets is a fast growing New Yorkbased institutional fixed income brokerdealer focusing on mortgagebacked assetbacked agency and corporate debt securities Over the past year the Company has more than doubled in size and has added several branch offices nationwide Job Description KGS Alpha Capital Markets Infrastructure Group has an exciting job opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to get started in the world of IT As IT Coordinator the candidate will liaise between the IT Infrastructure Applications Development Desktop Support and Facilities groups The candidate will gain exposure to several areas within technology including Desktop Support Active Directory Administration QA testing Network Support Business Analysis The opportunity is unique as KGS Alpha Capital Markets has a startup atmosphere and is constantly evolving The roles and responsibilities of the position will evolve with it This is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking to learn and grow within an organization The responsibilities of the position are as follows Facilities Administration Manage KGS office branch location facility administration process including lease renewals landlord correspondence service requests Act as liaison between staff and Building Tenant Services on issues such as guest reservations maintenance scheduling fire safety Coordinate all User Moves Adds and Changes IT Infrastructure Administration Work with HR Desktop Support and Infrastructure group to coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for the Organization Facilitate the approval and reconciliation of user access control from a system and application standpoint Maintain asset inventory database from a hardware and software perspective To include license and maintenance renewal Analyze expenditures to evaluate performance vs budget and forecast future expenses Oversee the updates of the organizations primary BCP alerting system including scheduling and conducting system tests Assist in the IT Procurement process with regards to quoting getting approvals and executing the purchase Review and reconcile all invoices within the IT Group |
