Job Description
| The SharePoint Developer will work with the Senior SharePoint Developer and Business Systems Analyst to envision develop and deploy SharePoint solutions to meet various NEEA needs The SharePoint Developer will also provide SharePoint support to NEEA and external SharePoint users The SharePoint Developer is part of a small IT Team and as such plays a participating role in a wide range of additional IT activities This is a fixed term position with an anticipated duration of 1824 months At the end of the term NEEA will assess its ongoing SharePoint needs and may elect to extend the term or convert the position to permanent status Reasonable Accommodations To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and physical demands satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation Essential Functions Develop SharePoint sites and pages to meet specific business needs Development will occur using a combination of SharePoint Designer out of the box configurations and addon tools such as the Dundus Dashboard Develop InfoPath forms and associated workflows Provide primary support to SharePoint users and superusers As needed provide basic HTML and CSS support for newsletters and other web projects Assist in maintaining the overall SharePoint environment Help train and mentor NEEA staff on SharePoint capabilities and best practices Secondary Functions Develop effective enduser documentation Help to document implement and monitor ITrelated processes procedures and practices On an ongoing basis monitor online and printed publications for best practices and other valuable information and forward these materials as applicable to other IT team members Assist with other IT activities on an asneeded andor backup basis Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities Education andor Experience Certificates Licenses and Registrations BSBA in technical or business field or equivalent educationexperience Minimum three years of professional IT experience Minimum two years of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 experience Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath form development Experience with Dundus Dashboard andor AgilePoint Express a plus Experience in energy efficiency or related energy industry a plus Authorization to work in the United States is required NEEA will not offer visa sponsorship for this position |
