| The EHR Director provides overall management and administration of the participants Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other selected applications utilized for the management of the PACE interdisciplinary model of care This individual reports to the Director of Information Technology and is an integral part of the organization who is expected to use hisher professional and information technology skills to support the team members in their daily operations PACE is a fast paced environment seeking an individual who is able to 1) Manage employees operations software upgrades changing business needs and employee training needs 2) Communicate with Senior Managers organizational staff vendors and key business partners and provider groups 3) Develop operational policies and procedures and change management processes 4) Build external professional relationships which will allow ESPNS to remain competitive with industry advances The position requirements include 1) A 4year college degree in business computer science or a related field or significant relevant experience in application administration 2) A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment preferably healthcare 3) A minimum of 2 years experience as an application administrator preferably with an EMREHR application The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to work well as part of a team and the ability to be able to quickly recognize situationsproblems before they become acute and to be able to implement effective solutions and understand consequences Competitive salary and generous benefits package included EEO Employer |
