| Systems MD LLC was founded on the concepts of making technology simple and devotion to service We provide IT support and services to businesses government and retail consumers Our cost effective solutions are geared towards our customers current needs and future goals Our solutions enable our clients to operate efficiently in a stable and reliable environment By providing quality service we have obtained a loyal clientele that continues to refer our services to other businesses and organizations Located in the Albuquerque Metro Area Systems MD has been providing business and network solutions since 2006 Our technicians install configure troubleshoot and maintain servers computers and networks for small and mediumsized businesses in New Mexico as well as Texas Systems MD is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our growing team The position will entail day to day technical support and maintenance of small to medium business and government clients both remote and onsite Server maintenance and support across a wide range of customer configurations and setups Systems Administrators will also have the opportunity to lead projects for new installations and systems upgrades from planning to completion An excellent compensation package is offered including Health Care Dental Vision PTO Phone and use of company car Requirements 6+ years supporting diverse IT environments Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience MCITP MCTS MCSE CISSP Comptia A+ Network + Security + Certifications a plus Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills for all Microsoft Windows Server products including 2008 StandardEnterprise Small Business Server 20112008 Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills Microsoft Exchange 20102007 SMTP DNS IIS Fulltime field technical experience Personal qualities required People Person Responsible Professional Clean Cut and Friendly FirewallRouter configuration experience (SonicWall Watchguard Cisco PIX) Remote Access Experience VPN Tunneling or other related technologies Expert desktop support skills for all Microsoft operating systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong track record of topnotch customer service Other helpful criteria Team supervisory experience IT project management experience System architecture design and configuration (LAN and WAN) experience Familiarity with standards such as HIPAA EHR PCI and Sarbanes Oxley Clean driving record Benefits HealthDentalEye Insurance Cell Phone Use of company vehicle |
