Job Summary The Manager of HRIS will support the Banner HR system encompassing responsibilities in system administration reportinganalysis busienss process design and security access The Manager of HRIS will develop implement update and maintain the computerized HRIS maintaining confidentiality of information and data Essential Functions Responsibilities Manage projects which will enhance delivery of Human Resources services to employees and the University community Lead a variety of initiatives focused on automating various HRPayroll processes and functions including applicant tracking employment requisition and search processes performance appraisal time and attendance reporting job descriptions appointment process etc Establish and implement audit procedures and perform ongoing analysis to ensure data integrity accuracy and secruity Have primary responsibility for HRIS and serve as lead representative or liaison to other departments particularly Information Technology and Payroll Serves as the Data Cusodian for Human Resources and Payroll Create relevant complex confidential reports and queries associated the collective bargaining process contract administration grievance processing faciliates the development of advanced reporting needs Maintains the Office of Human Resources webpages(s) and revise and update as necessary Assist HR and Payroll staff in utilizing technology and collaborates with other staff members to train others on basic reporting issues current systems introduction of new products or system upgrades Prepare and maintain HRIS documentation including vendor procedural manuals until operational procedurepolicy manuals and other related documents Manage the setup testing and rollout of new HRIS initiatives Represents the Office of HR on system and oeprational committees and project teams assuring needs and requirements are supported and maintained Develop complex queries and reports integrating multiple sources of data Oversee the setup and maintenance of supporting HR tables and security access
